COVID-19 Updates

Our delivery partner, Australia Post, has communicated updates regarding COVID-19. Our delivery service is still in operation as they are considered an essential service. All of our couriers are now taking social distancing precautions when delivering your Actually Boutique orders.

All of our packages have ATL (Authority to Leave) and all packages will be either left on door steps (or in a safe place) if the door is unanswered or if the door is answered they will place the package on the ground for you to pick up, to uphold contactless delivery.

Delivery times have also been interrupted due to the demand. Please allow an extra business day or two for deliveries. If you're in a hurry, we highly recommend popping into our store for pick-up (Melbourne only).

I'd like my order to arrive on a specific date, can I do that?

At this point in time we are not holding orders to arrive on specific dates. Please use the table above to work out the best order date for you. If you're having trouble, send us an email to actuallyboutique@gmail.com and we can guide you on what day to order.
Alternatively, you're welcome to email us and let us know you'll be collecting an item in store.
